POLITICALLY.EU, an initiative of the European Commission representation in Italy, has applied innovative approaches to policy making by strengthening the public dialogue between stakeholders and the European Commission on crucial issues for the future of Europe.

The deliberative process centered on the following national debates and workshops:

• Democracy and participation.

• Culture and the new narrative for Europe.

The use of participatory methods combined with research and communication activities has been the main innovative aspect, generating integrated strategic policies.
