At a time of deep need for renewal, we supported the alliance representing 2.3 million Italian professionals to transform a traditional debate into a massive collective intelligence laboratory. FUTOUR orchestrated the entire strategic journey, starting with careful context analysis and the preparation of a team of facilitators. We converted ten crucial macro-themes for the national future—from rights to digitalization—into dynamic boards. By creating an inclusive space, we allowed hundreds of experts from different sectors to mingle as equals, eliminating distances and stimulating native solutions born directly from cooperative worktables.
The intervention generated a clear turning point in the sector’s representative capacity. Over three hundred delegates worked in synergy, translating individual skills into an integrated package of high-impact operational proposals. FUTOUR’s added value was channeling the urgency for change into a structured programmatic roadmap. The process culminated in a unified Manifesto for the country’s modernization, a shared strategic document ready for action, capable of influencing the national political agenda with a cohesive voice.
