We designed and facilitated participatory workshops with plant management, creating spaces for active listening and problem-solving.
Our goal was to stimulate the development of organizational proposals focused on the quality of the work environment and the overall effectiveness of operations, considering People, Planet, and Profit factors.
We also organized team-building and creative problem-solving activities and facilitated design-thinking workshops, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
The results of our work included prioritizing, promoting out-of-the-box thinking, and fostering employee ownership. Finally, we helped develop a shared work plan that supported the achievement of company goals.
