FUTOUR led the Umbrian ecosystem on a transformative journey based on interaction and Design Thinking, stimulating deep collaboration among all quadruple helix actors. From the early preparatory phases, we supported the internal task force to build trust and align strategic goals. We orchestrated interactive labs and local events designed to surface real community problems, reversing the traditional approach: not top-down responses, but active listening aimed at mapping collective needs in key regional development sectors. This dynamic path stimulated collective intelligence, translating local needs into concrete challenges ready to be addressed.
The process generated a tangible impact, precisely defining seven crucial thematic areas for regional funding calls and activating a united community of innovators. The digital platform became a living meeting point between innovation supply and demand, where ideas transform into high-social-value projects. FUTOUR infused an agile and permanent methodology that makes participation a daily practice, offering a strategic tool that strengthens the region’s role as a facilitator of economic development.
