Imagine having to bring six regions, over 200 municipalities, and a myriad of institutions to the same table: a monumental challenge. Yet, this is exactly what we tackled by coordinating the interregional strategy for the most evocative paths in central Italy. Our intervention was not a simple bureaucratic exercise, but a journey of active listening and co-design. We guided this vast ecosystem of stakeholders towards a common vision, overcoming local fragmentation to give shape to a finally integrated tourism product. Through dynamic sessions, we transformed diverse viewpoints into a single direction, aligning standards, needs, and dreams for a territory that has finally begun to move in unison.
The beating heart of the project is the “Carta di Spineto,” the document that establishes shared guidelines for excellence in management. We moved from proposals to concrete action: we laid the foundations for unified governance, defining cutting-edge hospitality standards—with figures like “Guardian Angel” pilgrims—and shared maintenance protocols.
